Under his leadership, the group has expanded its footprint across broking, investment banking, asset management, and private equity. Mr. Oswal is a Chartered Accountant by qualification and is widely regarded as one of India’s leading capital market visionaries.

Managing Director & Co-founder
Mr. Raamdeo Agrawal is the Managing Director and Co-founder of Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited. He is known for his pioneering work in equity research and is widely respected as one of India’s foremost authorities on value investing.
He is the architect of the QGLP (Quality, Growth, Longevity, Price) investment philosophy which guides the group’s asset management practice. He is a Chartered Accountant and has been tracking Indian equities for over three decades.

Mr. Navin Agarwal serves as the Managing Director and CEO of Motilal Oswal Asset Management Company. He has been instrumental in building the asset management business from the ground up and has been with the Motilal Oswal Group for over 20 years.
