MO GIFT City Trustee Company Limited (Trustee Company) was incorporated as the trustee of MO GIFT City Mutual Fund. The Board of the Trustee Company comprises independent personalities with varied experience in banking, legal, and financial services.
The Trustee Company, in accordance with IFSCA (Fund Management) Regulations, reviews the activities of the AMC and ensures that they are conducted in the best interests of unitholders at all times. The Board of Trustees ensures that the activities of MOGC AMC are not in conflict with the objectives of the mutual fund.
